My overall experience with the photojournalism program was very positive. Ram, the supervisor, was very helpful when it came to developing our individual projects.
He helped us establish the necessary contacts, gave good feedback and was a reliable source of transportation. It was clear to me that he cares about the interns’ projects and was very supportive. He also made sure we attended the important festivals and events that were happening in Kathmandu.
In general, I do feel like I improved as a photographer. Thanks to the Internship Nepal.
About the home stay:
The ‘Lovely home’ was a really great place to be. The other interns were a lot of fun to get to know. I made a lot of great friends.
