Internship Nepal organizes various activities for its interns so that they learn and gain knowledge about Nepal and its culture & tradition every day. Interns were taken to two cultural tours at Saaga and Dhulikhel, kavre.  

During the tour the interns gained knowledge of the rural life style and daily routine of the people living there. Agriculture being the occupation of the people their life and whole day labor is spend in faming and cattle rearing. They also learnt about the culture and tradition of the places. Interns coming for photo journalism were taken to Pashupatinath temple for the night photography training.

 Likewise Human Rights interns went to an interaction Program at Balaju with  the Program Coordinator to visit the Chairman of Association for Family of fighter disappeared by state. At the interaction program the human rights interns learnt how people were disappeared during insurgency period.

He also briefed the interns about the comprehensive Peace Agreement and the political movements and peace process in Nepal. Another interaction program was organized at the office of Internship Nepal with Suman Adhikari. He represents the victims of the insurgency period and has been working as the chairperson of the Conflict Victim Orphan Society Nepal.  The students learnt about how they (conflict victims) were demanding justice with the government about the incidents of killings and disappearances during insurgency.

The interns also enjoyed the colorful festival of Nepal.  Interns also enjoyed holy with the family in the house and later in the afternoon they went on streets to enjoy the festival. They liked being a part of Nepali festival. Internship Nepal organized a farewell and certificate award ceremony to three interns. Interns shared about their experiences and learnings in Nepal.
